If you are on ANY medications, bring a list of ALL medications. If you are taking any mood stabilzers, the prescription itself will not disqualify you, you just need a drug letter from the prescribing physician. Using a CPAP machine? Bring in your report with you. If you have pared it with your smart phone, you can send us the report. Otherwise, take the chip to the place that gave you the unit and have them read it. Obviously, bring in the report.
